LITTLE NOMADS - WORLDSCHOOLING COMMUNITY

At LITTLE NOMADS, we believe learning doesn’t have to happen in just one classroom — it can happen anywhere in the world. Our worldschooling community is here to inspire and support families who want to combine education with travel, whether through homeschooling or enrolling their kids in schools around the globe.

On our platform, you’ll find heartfelt interviews with parents who share their real stories about traveling, schooling, and raising curious, adaptable kids. We also keep an updated guide to emerging worldschooling hubs — places where families can settle for a while, connect, and learn alongside a like-minded community. Our mission is simple: to make it easier for families to access valuable information, resources, and inspiration for educational adventures anywhere in the world.

Our own journey started the day our son was born. We set out to find a home that ticked all the boxes: good schools, community, activities for kids, reliable internet, and a location that fit our budget and work schedules. It’s been a mix of research, exploration, and plenty of trial and error. We tried different towns, cities, and countries — always looking for places with thriving learning communities and alternative schools whose values matched ours.

Along the way, we discovered that travel itself can be one of the richest forms of education. Our son has absorbed lessons from history, geography, languages, food, and culture just by living in different places. He’s learned to adapt, to connect with people from all walks of life, and to see the world through curious eyes. Still, we realized he needed routines and a sense of stability to feel rooted — which led us to seek out other families on the same path, building a supportive network wherever we went.

Today, we’ve found a town that offers the best of both worlds: the nature and cultural diversity we love, paired with the stability we need for learning, working, and thriving as a family. And now, we want to help other families do the same — whether that means finding your perfect worldschooling base, discovering new education styles, or crafting a lifestyle that makes room for both work and adventure.

If you’d like to connect or learn more, reach out through our contact form. We’d love to hear your story and help you start your own worldschooling journey.
